Website Traffic Rental Campaign Terms — These terms supplement our general Terms of Service and apply specifically to audience-matched website traffic rental campaigns coordinated by SinfulHaven Traffic.
1. Overview
A traffic rental campaign provides temporary routing of visitors from a matched partner website to your approved destination for an agreed rental period. These terms describe how campaigns are scoped, delivered, measured, and managed.
2. Matching & Destination Approval
Before any campaign launches, we prepare a custom recommendation based on your business, target GEO(s), and traffic requirements. You review the matched source, available analytics, estimated pricing, and campaign setup before approving.
Destinations must be lawful, functional, and compatible with our partner network standards. We may decline or pause destinations that violate platform policies, contain prohibited content, or create compliance risk.
3. Delivered Traffic & Measurement
Campaign delivery is measured using redirect/session data on our side and should be independently verified using your analytics, UTMs, pixels, and conversion tracking. Pricing and estimates may reference partner source analytics such as average daily users, sessions, GEO distribution, or devices — these are not guarantees of unique visitors delivered to your destination.
Traffic fluctuates naturally. Daily volumes may vary based on source activity, seasonality, technical conditions, and campaign configuration. We do not guarantee exact daily or total volumes unless explicitly stated in a signed campaign agreement.
4. Pricing Basis
Quotes are based on source audience size, fit, GEO, niche/context, availability, rental duration, and operational requirements. Unless otherwise stated in writing, pricing reflects access to a matched traffic source for the rental period — not guaranteed conversions, sales, or revenue.
5. Start Dates, End Dates & Duration
Campaigns begin only after destination approval, payment terms are satisfied, and operational setup is complete. Minimum rental period is one (1) week unless otherwise agreed. Campaign end dates correspond to the approved rental duration unless extended in writing.
6. Source Availability & Replacements
Partner sources may become temporarily or permanently unavailable due to technical issues, policy changes, or network decisions. If a source becomes unavailable during an active rental, we will attempt to provide a comparable replacement source or discuss appropriate adjustments. Outcomes depend on timing, inventory, and campaign status.
7. Outages & Technical Interruption
Routing may be interrupted by source-side outages, destination downtime, DNS or SSL issues, ad-blockers, browser restrictions, or third-party infrastructure failures. We are not responsible for traffic not recorded due to broken tracking, blocked scripts, or destination configuration errors on the client side.
8. Prohibited Destinations & Uses
Campaigns may not be used for fraud, malware, deceptive redirects, illegal offers, or destinations that violate applicable advertising or platform policies. We reserve the right to pause or terminate campaigns that create legal, reputational, or network risk.
9. Payment Timing
Payment terms are specified in your proposal or invoice. Campaign setup generally requires payment or approved billing terms before launch. Late payment may delay start dates or pause active routing.
10. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation and change requests must be submitted in writing to support@sinfulhaven.org. Because partner inventory is reserved and operational work begins before launch, fees for completed setup, elapsed rental time, or non-recoverable source allocation may apply. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed in your campaign proposal.
11. Devices & Routing Scope
Unless otherwise stated, campaigns may include both mobile and desktop traffic where available from the matched source. Device mix depends on source analytics and is disclosed in your recommendation when relevant.
12. User Journey Transparency
During an active rental, visitors from the matched partner source may be routed to your approved destination according to the agreed campaign configuration. Exact user experience depends on source type and setup, which we explain before approval.
13. No Performance Guarantees
We provide access to a matched traffic opportunity. We do not guarantee conversions, leads, sales, ROAS, or other business outcomes. Your offer, funnel, pricing, and conversion process remain your responsibility.
